Alright, I have thought long and hard and unfortunately haven't had the opportunity to talk to everyone tonight about this decision, which I really would have liked. It couldn't happen, and I know I can't put this off any longer, so I have a decision to finalize and I will do so now.
My replacement nominee is.....

I really did not want to do this, but I feel like I need to for various reasons. I really would have liked to talk to you about this, and still would like to.
Among other things, this quote in a message you sent me has stuck out to me:
And I get that. You have a lot going on right now. But among a lot of other things, as I personally explained to you, I need people that do have the motivation and drive to finish this game, and people that will use it to help me advance in the game. While I don't feel you would target me personally, I feel like this IS the best decision for me in the long-run as well. You're in one of the best positions to win this game.
As a friend I feel like a huge dick for doing this, but as a gameplayer I feel like it is the right move to make. I really would like to talk to you about this still. I'd hate for a stupid game to affect a relationship, as I feel like this whole season has done to a lot of people. This was not easy.
