Head of Household #1 - Power See-Saw « Thread Started Today at 12:54pm »
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Welcome to your first ever Head of Household for the AllStars season! I told you all to get into partners in preparation of this competition... and if it wasn't obvious from the new, shiny Diary Rooms... you have just selected your game partner. Just like URTV6, you two have the same fate. You will win challenges together, you will lose challenges together, you will get nominated together, and potentially... you could get evicted together. How long this will be intact, well, we'll just leave that a mystery. The motto is expect the unexpected afterall, right?
Before we get started, let me just give a quick reminder of all the pairs.
James & Will Erika & Kail Jessica & Dan Jee & Angie Jeff & Joe Nick & Sarah Alex & Sheila Jordan & Dick Casey & Eric Brian & Allison Natalie & Amanda
With that, let's get to our first competition of the season. And this competition will introduce the familiar element of teamwork. This one is called Power See-Saw. Before you are 11 playground style see-saws. In the center is a gauge. You must keep that gauge at the level it is at now. If it goes any lower or higher than it is now, it means you aren't producing enough energy and the pivot in the See-Saw will lock. Which means, you guessed it, you are eliminated.
In simple terms, this is an Endurance. To keep the gauge at the appropriate level, you must post exactly five minutes apart from each other as long as you can. To do this, post "[ Your name ] pushes down down". Once you do this, your partner must post exactly 5 minutes after you do. Once they do, you do the same. Do this for as long as you can.
You may not post early nor delete if you do. And once you post too late, obviously you can't do much about that either. I recommend that you make sure that your clock (and your partner's) is in sync with the board before trying this competition. You may make a test thread if it's labeled as such to try this out.
Do this in your Co-Op Diary Rooms. I will give you all 24 hours to start this competition. If you are having issues getting together, contact me.

A good effort by all, doesn't touch Jen's time combined but well done
The team that were able to keep the gauge on their seesaw level the longest amount of time will win Head of Household.
Let's run down the teams in random order and show what time they had.
First team to come up are....
Alex & Sheila had a score of...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
15 minutes
Not very long, but hey, who knows what other type of communication problems we could discover in partner endurances.
Next team up...
Casey & Eric!
Their time was...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 hour, 50 minutes!
A time that indeed overtakes Sheila & Alex! Casey & Eric are our new leaders. Let's move on to...
*door opens*
ASIANS!
Let's see how they did.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
2 hours, 20 minutes
And we have new leaders! But how long can that last in this game of leapfrog?
Let's see how...
Jeff & Joe did!
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
5 minutes!
Just a tad short from Angie and Jee. Just a tad. Anjee stays in the lead, now moving on to...
James & Will!
Let's see how they did.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 hour, 50 minutes!
Not quite enough to overcome Anjee! The leaders stay in the lead. Let's move on to another pair. In this case...
Natalie & Amanda!
Let's see how they did.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
15 minutes!
Still no dice. Anjee remains in the lead!
Let's see how....
Jordan & Dick did!
Show 'em.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... ...... ..... .... ... .. .
3 hours!
And with that, Jordan & Dick are now the new leaders!
Moving on... let's see how...
Jessica & Dan did!
Let see, let's see, let's see, let's see!
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
8 hours!
Yes. 8 hours is, in fact, a larger amount than 3 hours. Therefore theoretically, Dan & Jessica are the new leaders.
Let's see how this next pair did...
Nick & Sarah!
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
2 hours, 20 minutes!
Not enough to leave a dent in Dan & Jessica's score. Two more teams left!
Let's see how Kail & Erika did!
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
2 hours, 50 minutes
Nope, not gonna do it. And now it's down to two teams. Brian & Allison vs Dan & Jessica! Let's see how Team International did!
Brian & Allison
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
5 hours, 10 minutes
Valiant effort, but not going to do it. And with that...
Congratulations Jessica & Dan, you are the FIRST Co-Head of Households of URTV11: AllStars!

Power of Veto #1 - Wheel of Misfortune « Thread Started on Jan 6, 2011, 12:33pm »
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We already know our Head of Households Dansica as well as our nominees Erikail and Bralison are playing. From a random draw, here are the three other teams that will be playing:
Jamill Shelex Anjee
Just like the first competition, this is a co-op challenge that will require some good teamwork. Before you are six giant stars that are connected to a wheel. One person from each team will be strapping themselves onto this star while the other will spin. The person who is spinning will rely on speed while the person who is getting spinned will rely on timing. Here's how it works.
When ready, you will start a new thread in your Diary Room. The spinner will have to post "[ Your name ] spins star" as fast as they can. Each post will count as one full revolution. Your goal is to have 300 total revolutions.
The person strapped on will have a "panic button" that must have held down at all times. To make sure your finger doesn't slip, you must rely on timing. You will post "[ Your name ] holds button" every minute. If you make a mistake whether it's posting too early or too late, your star will lock and the amount of revolutions you got to that point will be your final score.
The team who gets to 300 the fastest will win the Golden Power of Veto. Or, if nobody does, the team who completed the most revolutions.
You will have 24 hours to begin this challenge! If you have any questions, ask away. Good luck. ============================================================= POV #1 Results « Thread Started on Jan 7, 2011, 8:15pm »
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Alright, let's see who spun their way to victory! In random order, I will reveal how each team did! Let's start with a picked team. Off the bat, Angie and Jee!
With Jee spinning the star and Angie hanging on the panic button.... Anjee were able to score....
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
300 spins in 16 minutes!
A good way to start us off, let's see if our next team did better. And our next team happens to be...
Shelex!! Let's see how our URTV6 Alumni who happened to both be in the original competition faired in this one with Alex spinning and Sheila hanging on.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
300 spins in 12 minutes!
And that means Shelex will take the lead here. But will it last? Let's see how our next team faired.
Our final of the "picked" teams, let's see how Jamill did on this one with the good doctor Will spinning and James holdong onto that button.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
300 spins in 10 minutes!
And Jamill take the lead by 2 close minutes! Let's get to our auto-picks, starting with our current reigning Head of Households.
And just how well did they do with Dan spinning and Jessica holding on for the ride?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
300 spins in 16 minutes!
Not quite enough and Jamill will stay in the lead. And now our nominees!
Let's see how our internation team of Brian & Allison did! Allison was spinning and Brian was holding on.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
300 spins in 8 minutes!
And down to our other pair of nominees...
Erikail of course! Let's see how they did with Erika doing the spinning and Kail holding on.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
And after 271 spins, Kail let go of the panic button after 15 minutes.
Which means!
Congratulations Bralison, you have won the Golden Power of Veto!
Veto Ceremony is tomorrow! ============================================================ Brian/Allison saved themselves, Eric/Casey went up in their place.

Eviction Ceremony #1 - Erikail vs. Caric « Thread Started January 9 at 3:12pm »
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Previously on URTV AllStars!
22 Big Brother AllStars from URTV past rejoined the Big Brother house in an attempt to recognized as the best of the best. Immediately after joining the house, the houseguests were sent into shockwaves as shades of URTV6 returned and houseguests were now partnered with someone of their choosing. In this couples week, Dan & Jessica became the first couple Head of Households. At the Nomination Ceremony, emotions were spilled as Brallison and Erikail found themselves on the block. Following a tense-filled "House Meeting" which spilled even more blood, a competitive Power of Veto competition let Brallison breathe again and allowed them to save themselves from the block. Dansica were left with the awkward position of having to name a replacement. And that replacement was who they felt would be safe against Erikail - Caric. But are they? We've seen crazier things happen in URTV! So who will be evicted from the URTV house? Erikail or Caric? And what is next our AllStars?! Time to find out!
Welcome to the first Eviction Ceremony of URTV11 AllStars II. And obviously with this twist, there will be two AllStars leaving the Big Brother House. Now it's time to find out which pair of winners and 6th placers will be leaving the URTV house first - Caric or Erikail?
Just a reminder, the evicted houseguests will have this thread to say any final words they may have. After you have acknowledged your eviction, you will be moved to the Pre-Jury. I'll now read the vote.
By a vote of...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
8-0
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
Erikail...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
You've been evicted from the URTV AllStars house.

HOH #2 Results « Thread Started Jan. 10 at 7:56pm »
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In HOH #2, our houseguests traveled through heaven and hell. The "Heroes" went through 9 mazes in heaven, the villains went through 9 mazes in hell before they met in the center of a maze at Earth. It's to find out which pairing did this the fastest!
In no particular order, here is how each team did!
We'll start out with Sick!
How fast did they meet on Earth?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
14 minutes, 6 seconds!
A pretty good time, but can this hold up against our other pairings?
Let's see how another team held up against them.
Jordick, you're the lucky couple to go second. Let's see how you did.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
19 minutes, 41 seconds!
Not going to do it, Sick remains in the lead!
Amandalie is up next! How did this URTV6 couple do in their journey?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
14 minutes, 10 seconds!
So close, yet so far. But 4 seconds, Sick remains in the lead!
And now we move to Jeffoe! Did they do well enough to beat the sickness?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
14 minutes, 3 seconds!
Another close one, and this time it's not in Sick's favor! Jeffoe take the lead by just a mere 3 seconds! But can that hold?
We know Asians love puzzles, but how are they in mazes?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
20 minutes, 58 seconds!
Evidently the Asians had some serious vision problems in this one. Jeffoe remain in the lead!
Caric just escaped eviction this past Eviction Ceremony, did it give them the drive to win this competition? Let's find out.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
11 minutes, 59 seconds
And that'll be enough to knock Jeffoe out of contention! With just under 12 minutes, Caric take the lead!
Brallison have been quite the team in these past few challenges, let's see if their teamwork paid off in this one.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
10 minutes, 29 seconds!
And that is enough to knock Caric out! Brallison are in the lead!
And up next are Jamill.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
9 minutes, 22 seconds!
And for the third time in a row, we have new leaders. Jamill are now the front runners to win Head of Household! But one more team stands in their way...
And that team is Shelex. How did they do?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
11 minutes, 52 seconds
And with that...
Congratulations Jamill, you are the NEW Co-Head of Households!
Not a huge fan of these last three competitions having scores/times out there before results are even posted. So a future rule to keep in mind - please keep times and scores to yourself. I feel like I'm wasting my time here making these results and doing precise math to keep everything accurate.
Nomination Ceremony will be Wednesday.

Just kidding.
Congratulations to the new Head of Households! Nominations are coming up and once again four people will be finding themselves on the block. But... there is one important thing that I must do before we get into that.
Hey, remember how I said there wouldn't be a split house and this week was going to be another couples week?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
I lied.
Alex Brian Casey James Jee Jeff Jessica Jordan Natalie Nick

James, you are now the Head of Household of the Heroes house!
Will, you are now the Head of Household of the Villains house!
You will now move into your new homes. You must check in again. I will have a check in list in the livingrooms of your new respective houses.

POV #2 Results « Thread Started on Jan 14, 2011, 4:44pm »
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Alright, let's get started. We're going to start with the Heroes and then do the Villains.
Here is what the Heroes had to do!
This one is about quick thinking under pressure for heroic deeds! I'm going to give you a picture that will explain the situation to you. You will need to use paint to draw how you would solve the situation. Here's an example.
Here you see a cat stuck up in a tree. You are represented by the running stick figure. The cat is obviously represented by the cat. To rescue this kitty, you must draw something that will safely help the cat get down. In addition to drawing it, you must also draw an arrow to it and name what it is. Example:
As you can see, a ladder was quickly drawn to help the kitty down!
You cannot draw the same object twice. This is not a competition for who is the most creative, just fast thinking. The person who is the slowest in deviating the situation will be eliminated each round.
So let's see how well the Heroes did at being... well, heroes!
Round one...
Let's see how the Heroes did with this poor man in a burning building.
Nick quickly dispatched this handy trampoline to help the man down. And he did this in a time of...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 3 seconds!
Jee decided to bring both a ladder and a hose for some extra safety! But did the hose lose some time?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 13 seconds!
Alex also brought a ladder in and with no hose needed. How fast was he?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
48 seconds! Jee remains on the bubble...
The ladder seems to be a personal favorite among the villains as Jordan has drawn a ladder as well. And she drew that in...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 4 seconds! Jee is still on the bubble...
Jeff called Superman to help swoop the man down from the window! An effective method but was it fast enough?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 48 seconds. And that delay saves Jee the relief. Jeff is now on the bubble.
A simple, but effective method from James. Was this rope fast enough to help him move on?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 28 seconds.
And with that, Jeff has been eliminated from this competition. Let move on to Round Dos.
Looks like this poor guy is about to fall down this bottomless pit. How will the heroes save him? Let's find out.
Nick decided to attach a net to the sides of the cliff. But how fast did it take to set up?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
57 seconds!
Jee took it one step further with a nice, cushiony bed. And he did it in...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
48 seconds! No bubble for Jee, that goes to Nick.
Alex drew a thick bridge which will probably hurt on the way down but will certainly break the fall. How fast did Alex take to set it up?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
37 seconds. Nick remains on the bubble.
Jordan also drew this wacky net. Did her approach take longer than Nick's smaller one?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
55 seconds! By just 2 seconds, Nick is still on the bubble.
James quickly brought in a magic carpet. A light and fast method indeed, but was it as fast as one would assume?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
2 minutes, 5 seconds. And with that, James is out!
Let's move on to the third round.
This poor guy looks doomed but can our heroes save him? Let's find out.
Nick drew a quick underwater vacuum to suck all the water out... could take some time but hey, it's the effort that counts right? Let's see how fast it took...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 11 seconds.
Jee doing another double team here with a hammer to break the concrete shoes and lifevest to float our victim up. Methodical, but lengthy. Did it take too much time? Let's find out.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 37 seconds.
Alex quickly drew a large snorkel. May not get him out of the water but at least he can breathe again!
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
47 seconds! Jee is on the bubble as Jordan is up next...
Jordan quickly throws a rope down there to fish 'em out. A rough but quick routine, will she move on?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 8 seconds.
And Jee has met his last stand as a hero... in this competition, anyway. We're down to three!
Time to roll up the sleeves, this one could get nasty fast! How did our heroes save this guy from a lion cage?!
Nick quickly pulls out a trusty pair of pliers to bend the bars and let our subject through. A fast solution, but how fast did it take him to do it?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 7 seconds
Alex goes lion tamer style by jabbing a chair at the lion. How fast did he take?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
42 seconds! Nick on the bubble again and we're down to just Jordan...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
Pretty simple method, just build a wall to block the Lion's way! But is building a wall faster than pulling out some pliers?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 1 second.
Nick, see ya later. It's down to the final two. Alex & Jordan!
Quite the sticky situation for the final showdown! Let's see how our heroes defended an alien invasion!
Alex quickly pulled out a gun to shoot at the UFO. How fast did it take?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
37 seconds!
Looks like Jordan had the same exact method, a gun! But was hers faster than Alex's?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 4 seconds!
Congratulations Alex, you have won the Golden Power of Veto! =================================================================

This one is about quick thinking under pressure for evil deeds! I'm going to give you a picture that will explain the situation to you. You will need to use paint to draw how you would solve the situation. Here's an example.
Here you can see some delicious cake that your villain might enjoy. However, they do not want to walk past the orphanage! So you must draw a way to get to the cake without walking past that orphanage. In addition to drawing something, you must also label it with an arrow and what it is.
A handy tunnel was quickly drawn to help our evil avatar crawl under the orphanage and get to the cake he desires! The problem is solved!
You cannot draw the same object twice. This is not a competition for who is the most creative, just fast thinking. The person who is the slowest in handling the situation will be eliminated each round.
Let's get going!
Our evil mastermind has built a giant killer robot to tear up town... but this pit seems to have complicated things! How will our nasty villains help our robot friend across?!
Angie threw out the grappling hook. Lightweight, but let us not doubt what our evil geniuses can create! How long did it take her to make it?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
2 minutes, 20 seconds!
She-bot made a bridge to help her ro-bot. A simple method indeed, was it fast enough?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 9 seconds!
Sarah went the Stand By Me route with some train tracks. But was she as slow as Jerry O'Connell trying to outrun a train? . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 33 seconds!
Will went with...... wood. Well let's see how good this wood stood.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
45 seconds! Angie remains on the bubble...
Dick also drew a quick bridge, a popular choice in this scenario. Let's see how fast his was...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 45 seconds!
Going down to Joe against Angie here in our first round.
Joe drew this oily bridge which not only will get the robot across, but make a nice snack for him on the way there! Let's see how fast it took to build...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 52 seconds!
And Angie is out of here. Let's move on to round two.
Stealing candy from a baby isn't very nice but... hey, they're villains for a reason. Let's see what they did to snag that lollipop!
Sheila made a very elaborate pole with a rope and a hook! She could have just called it fishing pole though1 Let's see if the extra time to build this cost her some precious time!
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 42 seconds!
Sarah goes Cowboy Curtis with her magic lasso to steal that candy! Let's see how quick she was...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 23 seconds!
Will goes old school with the ol' gum on the rope trick. Let's see how fast it took him to make this.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
55 seconds! Sheila remains on the bubble here.
And here comes Dick with his famous Dick-Shaped Helicopter! A bit excessive, but villainous indeed.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 46 seconds! Dick is now on the bubble.
Joe goes extreme with a bungee jump! Can this leap of faith edge out the Dickopter?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 53 seconds!
Joe is out!
Looks like our evil little avatar now wants to push this giant boulder down crashing into that hospital! It's a bit heavy though so he needs some help. Let's see how our villains reacted.
Sheila makes a teeter-totter contraption which will surely help that boulder get rolling. Let's see how fast she was.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minutes, 12 seconds!
Looks like Sarah has pulled out her alter-ego! It's Ano-Courtney that she conveniently concealed in her back pocket! She's brittle, but she's strong and may just give that rock enough give to roll!
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 29 seconds!
Will had a pretty simple method, just get one of his strong henchmen to do it!
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
49 seconds!
Dick whips out his dick pole! A fast solution to getting this boulder rolling. was it faster than Sarah's stick?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 41 seconds!
Dick is out, and we're down to our final three for the Vills.
Looks like our villainous friend is in a sticky situation, the coppers have arrived after he's robbed a bank clean! How can he make the quick escape?!
Sheila pulls out a classic villain method! The smoke bomb has been unleashed to give Sheila a head start out the bank. How fast did she take?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 18 seconds!
Sarah looks to have an elaborate but otherwise other classic plan of climbing into the air vent!
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
1 minute, 41 seconds! Sarah's on the bubble with that, but will Will screw this one up?
Will busted out his pocket car for a quick getaway! But was getting the car out as fast as his escape should be?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
48 seconds!
And with that, Sarah has been knocked out. Time for our final showdown!
A monster is tearing up the city just as planned! But here comes a pesky super hero to come "save the day". Well time to prevent him from getting to that city. What will our villains do?
Sheila makes a quick missile to shoot directly into that hero! Effective, sure, but how fast did it take to take off?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
49 seconds!
Will makes a roof to enclose the beast into the city, sure to inconvenience our flying rival. How fast did it take him to get it up there?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
41 seconds!
Congratulations Will, you have won the Golden Power of Veto!

Head of Household #3 - Toy Making « Thread Started January 17 at 7:03pm »
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
*Sorry for this being up so late, had computer problems all morning and most of the afternoon which prevented me from getting everything ready.*
Welcome to your next Head of Household competition. As the previous HoH's, James & Will be sitting out of this one.
For the rest of you, well, if you haven't noticed from the board - it's still Christmas to me, dammit! The 25th of December may have been almost a month ago, but Christmas is never over in the North Pole. In this competition, we'll be going there for some good ol' fashioned toy making.
This one is in sessions so if you want more details, contact myself or Ms. Meow. You have 24 hours to get going.

Power of Veto #3 Results « Thread Started Today at 1:31pm »
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note 1: This is Villains only for now. I'm still waiting on Nick for Heroes.
Note 2: Confused about prizes? Check Post #12 once you read results.
Time for Veto results! Here is what our houseguests had to do.
Christmas is almost over and to celebrate - we'll be playing a round of golf right up in the North Pole. The backyard has been transformed to a Winter Wonderland with a golf course set up. There are a total of six mini-golf holes where you'll be using a candy cane club to hit colored golf balls from your tee to the hole.
Here's how you do the competition.
To begin this competition, you must start a thread in your Diary Room. This will be where you will complete this challenge. To start each round, you will say *pulls cane back* to me right here on AIM. Immediately after, you will go into your Diary Room and post *times swing* five times as fast as you possibly can. Once you have posted five times, you will go back to IM and say *swings*. The person who has the best timing (AKA, the fastest) each round will be the closest. The person with the worst timing (AKA, the slowest) will be eliminated. (Six holes are there in the 1% chance of a tie)
This is Christmas, isn't it? So rather than losing and walking to the loser bench, you'll instead walk over to the Christmas tree and choose one of the presents under it. There are six presents - green, yellow, red, blue, pink and white. Each present has something in it.... and as there are both naughty and nice children in this world, there are also some naughty and nice presents. Choose wisely, but don't get too attached as anyone eliminated after you can steal the present and swap you theirs!
So dust off the checkered hat, it's time for some Christmas Golf!
VILLAINS The end result: 6th Dick - Automatic Veto Ball (from Will) 5th Angie - Good Morning, Big Brother (switched slop with Dick for this) 4th Eric - Bunny Suit (from Sheila) 3rd Will - Slop (swapped AVB with Dick for this) 2nd Sheila - Vacation (took from Eric) Winner Sarah - Veto
HEROES The end result: 6th James - Slop (from Brian for veto, which originally came from Casey) 5th Natalie - Automatic Veto Ball (from Nick for vacation) 4th Casey - Good Morning, Big Brother (from Jessica for Bunny suit) 3rd Jessica - Bunny Suit (originally taken from James by Casey) 2nd Nick - Vacation (taken from Natalie) Winner Brian - Veto (taken from James).

It's me. The tree. « Thread Started Yesterday at 5:56pm »
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Greetings, Big Brother Housemates. It is I, the Tree of Temptation! And I have been growing right in the backyard! What you don't know is... I have my very own sprout in shining bark here in the house. An apprentice, if you will. I took someone with the intention of making them a mold of me. And I'm sure over these past few weeks, you've been noticing quite a few things. Or perhaps in some cases if you're too bloody dull for this game, not noticing.
I'll cut to the chase. I gave my apprentice a series of tasks. And to this point, they have completed them all. They now have one last task... survive the vote. What vote you may ask? Well the vote we are about to have right here, right now.
This is a public vote. The goal? You are to stop my apprentice. Why should you, you may ask? Because if you don't, I'm going to reward my apprentice with a very generous prize. And do not underestimate the prizes that the Tree of Temptation may have!
If you fail and the majority votes for the wrong person.... my apprentice will be free from my reigns of power and you will feel their wrath with the prize I shall give to them.
Now get going! Vote in this very thread. I'm giving you all 24 hours to get your votes in! And if you don't vote, you will feel the wrath of the tree.
Once you vote, it is final. So make sure you are 100% certain before you vote. There is to be no editing or deleting in this thread. I will be checking the Admin CP frequently. You will be punished if you do.
The votes... Sheila - Amanda Amanda - Sheila Eric - Amanda Angie - Amanda Jee - Amanda Nick - Amanda Alex - Angie Allison - Angie Natalie - Angie Casey - Amanda Sarah - Angie Jeff - Angie James - Angie Dick - Angie

So... the house has selected Angie? Very well. We shall see if the house has chosen wisely in due time.
I shall now be laid to the rest in the backyard, alone as I wish to be. As I wish to be, that is... because I won't be. It seems I have this obnoxious mushroom growing out of the side of me lately... happened ever since the end of Week 3, you see. Of course if any of you lot want to pluck it out and stomp on it, be my bloody guest. Actually! Don't do that. I suppose even the nastiest of trees could use a bit of company. Besides, she is kind of cute... what am I saying? Why am I saying this? Ah bugger, screw the bloody mushroom.
I shall now take my exit, housemates. And if you see me in the backyard, just remember.... piss off and leave me alone.
================================================================ Head of Household #5 - Walking the Plank « Thread Started Today at 3:00pm »
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Welcome to your next Head of Household competition. We got a couple of sit outs on this one: Allison, Natalie, Nick and Sheila.
The rest of you, I welcome you to "Walking the Plank". In this one, you'll be on a pirate ship painting with an extruding board. You will be standing on this board as a storm pours down over you. The goal is to stay on it as long as you can before the inevitable plunge into the ocean.
Yes, this is an endurance. *GROOOAAAAN*
And you may ask "Why, KC, why do you do an endurance when we just had one Week 1? Well I guess I'm an asshole.
Anyway, this is an endurance. This is the standard, post every 5 minutes. Do not post too late, do not post too early. And to make things a little easier for me, count in each post. You all know how to count, right? 1, 2, 3, 4. Yay, good. Count up by one each post. If you mess that up, just like if you post too early or too late - you're eliminated.
NO EDITING. NO DELETING. People seem to forget this. So I'm putting it up for you to see. No fucking editing. No fucking deleting. God fucking dammit.
Also there's another thing you should know about this challenge. There's a... mystery houseguest that is playing in this competition too. Who are they? Let's just say they're a ghost pirate. Arrrr. And no you fucking dipshits, you will not know who it is till results. Please do not fucking go to other fucking people and fucking ask them what this fucking is. Because if you fucking do, I will boot you in the fucking teeth. Fuck. But in any case - this person IS eligible to win this HOH. Keep that in mind!
Hurr hurr i'm talking like a sailor in these rules hurr durr hurr. Sailors aren't pirates
Anyway, get going you landlubbers.

HOH #5 Results « Thread Started Today at 2:42pm »
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Good grief. Some big kudos goes to a few of you, I think this definitly gave URTV7's epic endurance shoot-out a run for it's money. None of you beat Jen's time but the combined amount of times definitly topped it.
So. Let's get into results. I'm not going by time, but how high they counted. As a marker, 12 = 1 hour.
Let's start this one off with Dick! Dick counted to...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
8! Obviously won't win this one, but let's see how far it gets him.
Casey back in the HOH hunt... let's see if he can get it back-to-back. Casey counted to...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
10! And 10 more minutes than Dick, which puts Casey in the current lead.
We all know how much Jeff loves endurances! Let's see how he did. Jeff counted to...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
2! 10 minutes is not going to do it. Casey remains in the lead.
Let's see if Jee Unit can top Casey's score of 10. Jee counted to...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
10! Well... can't beat him, but he can tie him. Casey & Jee are now tied for first. For now.
It's now James' turn. Did Captain Hook take care of Casey & Jee's top score? James counted to...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
6! Not going to do it. Casey & Jee remain in the lead.
Amanda's turn. Let's see if she can break this tying duo... or maybe she counted to 10 too. Amanda counted to...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
111! There we go, our first sky high score! Amanda beats Casey & Jee by over 100 and is now our leader. And that's just over 9 hours for those counting at home.
Eric is up next and he's no stranger to endurances, especially URTV7-like endurances. Can he match a similar score? Eric counted to...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
66! Pretty good time, but nothing compared to Amanda's beast score.
Time for Angie to show her stuff. Can she top Amanda's score? Angie counted to...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
241! Head and shoulders above Amanda and for anyone curious - that's 20 hours on the pin! Great time, but crazy I should ask this... is it enough to win?!
And now it's Sarah's turn. Surely trying to follow up on 20 can't be pleasant... but perhaps Sarah can top the topper. Sarah counted to....
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
7! Well, that's not going to do it. And it appears we're down to our final straw.
Alex is no stranger to endurances. But a stranger to 20 hour endurances? I'd say so. Let's see if he can top Angie's score. Alex counted to...
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
284! And that's just about 20 minutes shy of a full 24 hours!
And I guess we can safely say with that...
Congratulations, Alex, you are the N--
Now wait a minute...
It seems I've forgotten something. Remember that "Ghost Pirate" I mentioned? Well they did compete in HOH. They can win HOH. And win or lose, they are in this game to stay, ladies and gentlemen. And the pre-jury had it'self a tournament called Battle of the Dead. And a Queen or King of the Dead were crowned at the end of this aforementioned tournament. Jessica & Joe opted to not compete in this one so it was between Kail, Erika, Jordan, Will, Dan, and Brian! Who is coming back into this game?
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
Captain Will Kirby, looks like his ship has long from sailed. And to boot, he can be the new HOH to start his new run in the Big Brother house.
Let's see how Will did.
. .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. .
212!
And now officially...
Congratulations, Alex, you are the NEW Head of Household!
