I log in ready to read the most disturbing news known to man-kind in an ORG. Lorii can't play anymore. I am beyond depressed about this. For one, she is awesome. Secondly, she's an amazing player and last, we were in an EPIC alliance!
Alright, let me backtrack a little bit here. Shadow and I are final 2. Basically, this is sort of my secondary DR because he will be privy to everything on my mind in this game and so our AIM will be where most of the strategizing will happen. Not sure if it's obvious or not, but he is probably one of my closest friends on the net right now. Anyways, we talked a few months back and I told him that we should make a 4-way alliance with Britti and Lorii. It was brilliant. why? Well because I am sure to be targeted with either Kathleen, Cody or Animal. The last one of my friends on people's radar as it relates to me are gonna be Shadow, Britti and Lorii.
Then, James had told Nakomis that he wanted a final 4 of him, her, Natalie and myself. Brilliant again, right? It was perfect because it keeps the target off Alex and because he can do some of the dirty work that some of us don't really want to do right off the bat.
Now Nakomis is no longer playing and it's like a giant curve ball coming our way. We were totally unprepared for this. So Britti and I started talking this morning about who should be the replacement. It seemed we were leaning towards Jessica. She is a witty and sweet girl, very trustworthy and definitely has some balls to do some great damage. But raises some issues as well. Her closeness to Nick and her distaste of Cody. We don't want her telling Nick about this alliance, nor do we want her coming after Cody right off the bat [well, I don't want her coming after him].
Number 4 is still in the works. We still need to wait and see who makes AS in urtv10. If Billy makes it, we think he's our man. An issue that comes up is definitely the idea of his closeness to Jordan. I heard it's not what it used to be, but I'm weary still. If he doesn't make AS, we are in desperate need of a replacement and we're going to have to sit down and really think it through.
Enough about that alliance now, how about people I am personally aligned with or sure to be in an alliance with? That's interesting, isn't it? Okay so we shall start off with the obvious ones. First being
Alison <3 I love her to death. She is also one of my closest internet friends right now. I trust her 100% and the only reason I didn't suggest her for this alliance is because I don't want to make Natalie uncomfortable and to make her feel like she is 4th to a F3. I would obviously rather have Kat in this F4 than anyone else. Also, she will be grouped with me, which will be an issue for sure.
Next we'll go to Will. We didn't discuss an alliance actually, but I'm sure we will have some sort of one. I love Cody. He is crazy, hilarious, stubborn, annoying and everything else under the sun. I definitely want to be aligned with him in some way.
Eric <3 He is seriously one of the best allies to have. I've had a F2 with him about 3 times in games and never regretted it. He is an amazing player and I will surely align with him in some way in this game. Trust him a lot.
Nick. I definitely want to align with him. He is hilarious and I love his humor so much. We had our issues in the past, but we seem to laugh about it now, which is awesome. I want to have some sort of alliance with him. I think maybe Britti and I will suggest some 4-way alliance with him and Jenna. We like them both very much and they are very close.
Other people I should be working with are: Brian, Jee and Russell. I might work with Casey too, but I'm not sold on him yet. If we do work together, it's gotta be in the early game. He lies in jury questioning to make himself look better. Can't have him anywere near there, lol.
I could possibly be working with Dick. I talk to him a little bit through twitter, but I don't believe I can trust him fully. Either way, he doesn't have many people except probably Kat and Animal so I should be okay with him in the beginning. Maybe I'll work out some obvious alliance of him, Kat, Animal and myself. Meh, probably not. How unrootable is that LOL. Yeah, I would hate it up in housecalls too
Amanda is probably going to target me early.
Sheila is someone I would love to work with, but she is close to too many people I can't really see myself aligning with in this game. Alison is aligned with her so hopefully she keeps her in check as it relates to me.
Angie and Jordan. I don't have my mind set on these two. They are both major threats. Simply put, they are a risk to make it to the end. As obvious in my previous games, I'm way more threatened by the social whores than I am anything else. What makes Jordan dangerous is that she has also proven to be a competition beast as well. That's a deadly combination and is THE biggest threat in this game. As long as I align with only her friends, she will skate by into jury and that isn't ideal for me AT ALL. I don't want to make a long term deal with her because 1. I WILL break it considering all the other legit ones I have and 2. I don't think I can trust her. She will have deals left and right and will make and break them as she sees fit. I've watched enough games with her in them to see her do it time and time again. I love Andii though, so I will definitely make a short term deal with her and keep talking to her. We'll see. nothing is set in stone, that's for sure. Angie is a great girl who is close to both Animal and Taylor. I might try and work something out in that department. I have an "in" with Animal, so that's good.
Erika is Shadow's #1 target, lol. She isn't really mine because I don't think she has many people to rely on. If it were up to me, I would propose some sort of alliance with her. She is definitely someone I need to think of.
Joe and I discussed aligning way back when. It would be cool if he comes back and actually plays. He is a bit of a snake, but I like him nonetheless. With so many people hating him, how bad can it be to be one of his very few alliances.
I'm pretty sure I mentioned everyone. A bootlist will be posted here some time soon. I'm not gonna make my other threads until I figure a lot of the shit out with Shadow and Britti. I know we discussed having Cody, Animal and Kat with us close to the end, but we really actually need to work on taking out the biggest threats early on. That would be ideal.

, I tell Shadow everything, but I'm wondering maybe some things I can keep to myself so that he doesn't get upset. He gets a little paranoid for absolutely no reason and it's not like I would ever screw him over. So if I'm into something that could benefit the two of us, I don't necessarily need to tell him right away. I'll think about it.
