This is probably going to be a pretty underwhelming Housecalls for most of you. Only three threads, but all filled with detailed gametalk instead of pointless chatter. So it'll be easier to read at the expense of a short one. I'm not going to apologize for anything I said. So my advice is to not take anything said personal. You know how I usually am in HC and most of it is on a game level, not a personal level. For example, I ragged on Cody quite a bit in this game but Cody's bro as fuck otherwise. So yeah. Take that for what it's worth.
I'll do the cliche messages to a few people since this is my last game. You can probably catch me on Deja and other places doing minor HCing, but that's about it. This bullshit really anchors me more than you would think and I need to take time to get my life sorted.
Anyway...
Meow - She may not have talked much in here, but she was a huge part of this season still. All the twists and the weekly themes were her mastermind and she was a huge help in making the first 3/4 of them.
Alex, Lorii, Steven - I appreciate the help, guys. I didn't think I'd need extra hands this season but I don't regret promoting you guys. It's been a bit slow at the end, but a few bonus opinions made HC more interesting than it would have been.
Prediction Writers - It's very cool some of you were active throughout the season and still check in to this day. That's well appreciated, believe me. Hopefully none of you took offense to the three +'s promotions, I couldn't pick too many though as much as I probably would have liked
Tay - I ribbed on you a lot during the early parts but you really came around near the end. You've gone from the strange boy that kicked acid to a two time winner. Nice little end to your ORGlife if I say so myself. Most looking forward to your permanent seat as co-Mod.
Billy - As I said many times near the end, I think you played a pretty underrated game compared to some of the heavy hitters that were at the end with you in the form of three former winners. That being said, you're a bro guy and I hope you stick around the forums if this is the end of the road for you.
Joe - Very impressive game and I give you props for not only surprising me once in URTV9, but twice in this game as well. Don't take that as an insult, you got my respect. The Produce Man will forever live on in URTV records
Cody - I said it in the example I ragged on you quite a bit, moreso out of frustration cause I was expecting you to be MVP again. It made for a pretty good storyline in the game though and at the end of the day, you're still bro and an icon in this series.
Kevin - I pulled my hair out (inb4 hurr hurr KC has hair?! ) a few times to things you did but hey, it made the game interesting at least. I still maintain that you have vastly improved since your early ORG days and it was still a treat to see you play again.
Baby Crackers - Finally Eric makes an appearance without me being an unprofessional jackass You played a strong game through and through, all the while wearing your heart on your sleeve, which is nothing new from you. Good game, hope you stick around.
Shir - We talked on AIM. I ragged on you quite a bit during Peen's break-up period. I'm not saying anything I said in here was fact, it was more-so perspective. I think you'll understand a little more about why I thought the way I did when you read a little more. I don't think it was intentional though. Other than that, you're a doll and an original. I pretty much begged for you to come back in URTV8 for a reason. So don't take anything to heart.
Britti - Only appropriate you ended your ride in the series you started with. I'm honored to say that URTV brought you into the ORG world as you've become a big face in this community. But aside from that, it's produced an even better friend. Even though the ORG-coaster is over, we'll deffo stay in touch.
Shad - You're pretty much in the same boat as Shir, but we didn't talk on AIM beforehand because I'm an asshole. The only mean thing I said was that you're a prick (and that was in a game sense). So yeah, take it as a compliment cause I like villain gameplay. I don't like villains pretending to be heroes, however. :-! But you admitted you played villainy in your jury questions so all good
Kath - I'm glad you decided to play and we're on ok terms now after that silly feud. Even if you didn't last super long, you still made a mark and had that magic Aussie charm
Tyler - Hi Paper Boy. It was weird, this game was a mix of Officer Howie, Douchey Jessie and Dick wrapped all into one. You wouldn't be Tyler if you weren't ragged on. That's what makes you Tyler.
Jack - And Jack wouldn't be Jack without the "What the fuck is Jack doing?!" posts in HC all the time You did well for the time you were though and of course got completely robbed with Sheila (as did mostly everyone I listed before you, but it started with you).
Christian - I was psyched when I learned you joined my series in URTV8 and you quickly turned into one of my favorites in that game. I was hoping you'd do good here, but I still maintain that you got robbed big time in your eviction.
Bridget - In particular, you've been one of my favorite "new gen" additions to the series. You were a fabulous tree and you got evicted way before you should have been. You definitely deserved at least Jury. And you got my mad respect for going all out on that endurance, I hated seeing you leave after that.
Juice - I have no ill will towards you, man. And I hope you don't think that with all the silly arguments we had in the PJ. You were one of my favorites in both 9 & 10 and I was hoping you'd make it further in this one. You got a personality that makes watching fun whether people love you or hate you.
Alex - You were a total dark horse in URTV9 going from nearly-not-casted-for-being-British to the guy people kept complaining to me about on AIM to the guy who almost won the whole fuckin' thing. You'll see in HC that I rooted for you heavily early on and I was bummed you bit the dust as early as you did. Really was pulling for you in the Battle of the Dead, as well.
Jenna - You've been a great friend and have been a cornerstone in this series since it's start. Without you there wouldn't have been a URTV and any longtime player knows that. It's sad to see you go, even sadder that you couldn't stick around and have fun. Good luck in Hollywood, girl.
Andii - I miss the little Skype chats you, me and Tay use to have all the time, those were the days You leaving early was deffo a big blow. You're another one of those irreplaceable personalities so that was missing throughout the season.
Jamie - I'll use this space to apologize to anyone who didn't make the cast over this fucking buffoon. Hey assclown, if you knew you were going to be super busy getting drunk every night when college started for you, why didn't you tell me that when I specifically asked if you were going to be too busy to play not a month before the game fucking started? God damn, man. Juice & Billy both would have missed out had Lorii & Matt decided to play over your inactive ass.
Blue - Another dark horse in URTV8 and I think you could have done a lot better in this one if not for the partner twist kind of fucking you over. I was hoping you'd do well in Battle of the Dead for that. Partner twists have a history of fucking over some great players sadly.
Luis - All season long it appears I looked down on you all and did nothing but complain.. if that's how you choose to look at it, then that's your choice. As a host, it is my responsibility to keep this board the way the rules reflect. Harassing, bullying, and all the like are not allowed so when it comes to that point, I have to step in. But like I said, there's no hard feelings and hopefully that's the same for you. You're not blacklisted so you are welcome back when COMM gets started. If you want to talk to me about it on AIM, go for it.
Jason - I've never been more disappointed in someone than I have with you. I've been waiting years to get this game going. People have been looking forward to it, people worked their asses off to earn a spot on it, people worked their asses off in this game to get further in it... and you just pissed over all of them. I had mad respect for you, you were one of my favorites in this game and now I feel dirty for that. Not to take anything away from the guys who made it after you were expelled, but this game will forever be looked upon as the "false season" because of your bullshit. What pisses me off the most is you have no remorse over it. Can't even fucking man up and talk to me on AIM when you were caught?
